Cardae Flowers has served the Eugene/Springfield community for more than twenty years. Cardae is family owned and operated at 403 West Eleventh Avenue, in Eugene. We are famous for our high standard of freshness and value, backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Our shop has a wide assortment of fine gifts, gourmet baskets, green and blooming plants as well as large coolers stocked with a variety of ready-to-go flower arrangements.

Because each customer is important, our professional staff is dedicated to making your Cardae experience a pleasant one. Our shop is Open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and most major holidays.

Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our Website.  You may also call us directly during our regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM) to place an order or schedule a consultation with one of our friendly and knowledgeable designers at 541-484-6161.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Cardaé is a Wedding and Event Specialist and is available for Consultation work on Saturdays - By Appointment Only.

It is not always necessary to make an appointment for a Wedding Consultation during our regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM), however we would strongly advise you check in advance to avoid disappointment.  Cardaé is a very busy flower shop and our Wedding Specialist may not be able to give you the specific attention your wedding deserves if you have not made a prior appointment.

For delivery, orders must be a minimum of $25.00.
Orders less than $25.00 can be picked up at Cardaé.

A local delivery fee of $9.95 will be added to each local Eugene/Springfield address.

For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary. Rural deliveries may have additional charges. Please call us at 1-800-531-3888 to learn more.

U.S. orders must be received by 1:00 p.m. in the recipient’s time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following business day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Local deliveries are regularly scheduled for completion 6 days a week (Monday through Saturday).

Although we are normally closed on Sundays and holidays, IF arrangements are made well in advance, local Sunday and/or holiday deliveries may be scheduled for an additional fee. Please call us directly during our regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM-6 PM) to make these arrangements. If arrangements have not been made in advance, we will be unable to make a delivery on a Sunday or holiday and the requested delivery will be completed on the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. Please call us to learn more.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

         

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
